Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue potential SME clients (lead generation).
  • Meet or exceed sales and relationship development targets.
  • Upsell or cross-sell products and services based on client needs.
  • Develop account plans and client strategies.
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding process and excellent first experience.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
  • Act as the main point of contact between the client and the company.
  • Understand client needs, goals, and business operations.
  • Conduct regular reviews of client accounts and usage.
  • Handle client concerns or complaints effectively and efficiently.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and provide support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Finance or Accounting
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Sales and negotiation abilities
  • Customer service mindset
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution
  • Attention to detail
  • Knowledge of relevant industry or sector
  • The corporate rank and remuneration will be commensurate with the candidate’s qualification and experience
